| Mr. White is a shareholder and the supervising attorney for the firm’s Litigation Department. Currently, he is the Vice Chairman of the American Bar Association’s Trial Techniques Committee and is past Vice Chairman of the Long Range Planning Committee, Task Force on No-Fault Legislation and Products General Liability and Consumer Law Committee. A seasoned litigator, Mr. White has expertise in a wide-range of areas including insurance defense, commercial premises liability issues, police and security force misconduct cases and products liability defense. He is a noted speaker for the Defense Research Institute and American Bar Association. Mr. White is also an author of informative articles for various legal journals and publications. Mr. White’s educational background in Labor and Industrial Relations and extensive litigation experience has rendered him a much sought-after speaker in the corporate setting. A graduate of Michigan State University, Mr. White received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in 1973. He continued his education at Michigan State University obtaining a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations. After obtaining his master’s degree, Mr. White furthered his education by receiving a law degree from Wayne State University in 1982. |
