TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Our firm is committed to the development of our attorneys. When an associate is hired they are assigned to a particular practice group. Within that practice group they are assigned to work with a partner. Associates are free and the firm accommodates an associates desire to diversify their practice area(s). The firm encourages regular communication between partners and associates. Associates are evaluated on a yearly basis, but informal feedback is continuous. Moreover, associates are given the opportunity to further enhance their skills and knowledge by attending seminars and continuing legal education (CLE) courses.
